THE COMMISSION PROCESS

You can commission me through my Contact Me form, where you can detail your creative vision. Please include any reference materials (such as high-quality photos, colors, styles, etc.) and if you wish for a specific size dimension, please state. If your commission is for a physical painting, please include your address details for mailing purposes. Your request will be sent to my email aestheticezzy@gmail.com where further discussion will take place.

I will respond regarding the acceptance status of your commission. If it is accepted, I will send you a price quote. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

(Prices are a rough estimate and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission).

To simplify how my work process goes, it will something look like this: 

• Price Quote or Invoice for Commission Sent.

• 50% Upfront Deposit Received. 

• Rough Sketch Sent for Review

• Revised Colored Sketch Sent for Review.

• Final Revised Colored Sketch for Final Review.

• Final Artwork and Invoice Delivered.

• Remaining 50% of Payment Received.

I allow an unlimited amount of revisions in the Rough Sketch and Revised Colored Sketch stages. However, any requested revisions afterward will be subject to additional charges.

Once the commission is complete, depending on the file’s size, I will attach a high-resolution PNG file to the email or share a Google Drive Link for you to access.

If the commission was created traditionally, (such as a canvas painting), I can mail it to you with a tracking number.

COPYRIGHT & LICENSING

I, the artist, reserve the right to all work created digitally and traditionally and can share the commissioned work on my portfolio and social platforms.

You reserve the right to share your commissioned piece for personal and private use on social media for yourself and your loved ones. If you have any questions or concerns about what qualifies as personal/private use for your commission, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you desire to use your commission for commercial purposes (for profit), and it is stated in your initial request, the fee will be integrated into the overall price. Depending on the licensing intent (book illustrations, for example), you may be subject to royalty fees.

You may share your commission on any social platform as long as credit is given.

REFUNDS

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and give a full refund at any stage of the commission process for any reason.

You are eligible for a full refund until the Final Revised Colored Sketch stage. Beyond that point, only partial refunds can be negotiated for exceptions.

Once the commissioned artwork is complete, no refunds can be negotiated.

LATE FEES

Balances that are unpaid after the payment deadline are subject to a 1.5% interest fee until the owed amount is paid.
